The Opportunity
Recent successes and continuing growth mean that we now require an exceptional Research Partner to join our team. The Research function is a cornerstone of our business, tasked with developing key relationships with the leading talent in our sectors and understanding the intricacies of each project. The role will be heavily involved in the initiation and execution of assignments, with an emphasis placed on interviewing the most qualified professionals that match our brief. We have a strong team ethos so you’ll be working closely with the Consultancy Team and be expected to have a voice and add value to the wider business as we continue to grow.
The Candidate
At Eden, you will be given the freedom to utilise all the research tools you wish but you will be expected to ‘think outside of the box’ and to constantly challenge yourself. You’ll need to be logical, thorough, and happy to pick up the phone and build rapport with senior key contacts. You won’t be scared to ask challenging questions to truly understand someone as well as have the determination to turn over every stone until you find the perfect candidate even in the toughest of projects.
We think this role would suit either an experienced 360 Consultant who is looking to develop a career in executive recruitment or an experienced Research Associate who is looking for a new challenge within a fast-growing business.
