Our client is a disruptive, internationally renowned, and vertically integrated fresh produce business with operations across the world, supplying leading retailers. The Group continues to grow its interests through significant investment in production, variety development and route to market and is now looking for a Vice President of Sales to lead commercial activity across North America.

The Role

The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for driving sales of premium and proprietary berries, asparagus, grapes, and avocados, directly to regional and national retailers. The successful candidate will utilise their established network to drive customer awareness of the business and its unique value proposition, including its vertically integrated supply chain, allowing an ability to provide value and quality of both product and service to customers. The individual will develop a clear informed strategic perspective of the business and the markets in which it operates through key relationships; both internally and with customers and wider industry stakeholders, to ensure the North American business is best positioned, now and for the future.

The Candidate

The successful candidate will be an established commercial leader capable of developing business with a network of retailers across the North American fresh produce sector, demonstrating a proven track record within berries. A dynamic and energetic individual with the ability to develop and implement sales strategies, the individual will be motivated to lead and continue expansion for this rapidly growing fresh produce business.
