Eden Search & Select – the only specialist executive search consultancy solely focused on the food and drink supply chain – is expanding, with three new appointments of its own.
George Christoudias has been appointed Associate Director – joining Eden from Mars Inc; and Dominique Herbert and Fawn Lockard have been appointed as Operations Coordinators to provide essential support across Eden’s executive search process.
George has spent the last twenty years in the food and drink industry, working in areas including chilled convenience, fresh produce and also branded pet food. Holding positions at board level for fresh food and FMCG giants, George’s most recent roles include Category Leadership Director at Mars Inc; Sales and Marketing Director at Branston Ltd; and Commercial and NPD Controller at Bakkavor.
Across the food sector, George has been central to delivering industry benchmark category and customer first approaches to retail relationships, and has brought insight-led, innovative food concepts and store experiences to market – developing and leading high performing, cross-functional teams. At Eden, George will use his deep sector insight and knowledge to solve executive search and strategic business challenges for a diverse range of food and drink companies – delivering talent solutions that can help make a real difference to performance and profitability.
