Due to our continued ambition, we now require an experienced Business Development Manager to lead growth across the food service, ingredients, retail and manufacturing sectors.
Reporting to the Managing Director and supported by a very experienced leadership team, this newly created role will identify opportunities in current and target customers within the markets we serve, positioning the business to maximise leads across the sector. The role will build and develop awareness of the R S Cockerill produce and service through effective marketing and business development to suitable Buyers across the UK, taking ownership of new business wins as well as integrating the business successfully into our state of the art factory and supply chain.
To apply for this role you must have significant business development experience within the UK supermarket or high-end foodservice providers, or alternatively an established track record of business development within a National Account Management role. Candidates will be able to demonstrate solid knowledge of sales & marketing techniques within the food sector, including analysis of insight and market data but above all, candidates will enjoy building new relationships and have the passion and personality to represent Cockerill’s across the industry.
