What do we do with your information?

We process your ‘employment’ and general location information with prospective employers in order to discuss your suitability for employment within their organisation. No other ‘personal  details’ are shared until employment is secured and only after consent if freely given by yourself for the normal processing of employment practices e.g. personal email address to send psychometric testing email link and  employment contract etc.

Your details are stored on our in-house database and company files and parts only ever passed onto a client, following your explicit consent, as part of the normal selection; shortlisting and interview process of a recruitment project. No personal contact details i.e. Home address, personal email and phone number are passed over in this process.

How long do we keep hold of your information?

We keep your data for as long as is necessary to provide you with employment services.

How do we keep your data secure?

With all of our third party data processors as listed above we confirm and retain ‘Third Party Security Statements’ or signed Terms of Business which state and confirm that they agree to treat your data with the same respect and privacy as we do. We also have appropriate IT security measures in place to ensure adequate provisions have been taken to keep your data secure, which is regularly updated and maintained by our third party IT provider.
