Given this growth, Eden now wishes to appoint experienced search specialists at Director and/or Partner level within the UK and/or internationally to lead the Food Manufacturing division across its core markets globally and to play a vital role in the overall strategic evolution of the business.
Reporting to the Managing Director, the role will have an international remit to proactively develop the strategy, revenue and profitability of the Food Manufacturing division and its client portfolio. This role will have the full support of the Eden team, and wider network, to win new business but also run and deliver projects from existing and new clients passed across from other colleagues. Every project will be supported by dedicated research and operations professionals providing the perfect platform for ambitious search consultants to accelerate the development of their network, expertise and ultimately their earning and equity potential.
To be suitable for this opportunity, candidates will be highly successful search consultants within the Food Manufacturing sector.
