The Opportunity
This is a new, but critical part of Limagrain’s future planning. Limagrain have a number of digital products that require both immediate and future attention, which will dramatically change the way they operate on a day to day basis. This is covering topic’s like EDI ordering and integrating a marketing function into their CRM system (SAP). In addition, the role will be responsible for all external data collection for the business, ensuring this is done effectively and handled appropriately. This will ultimately provide Limagrain with greater visibility of their customer base and allow them to identify commercial opportunities and provide targeted communications to their customers. The role will have responsibility across the North West Business Area, which includes the UK, the Netherlands and Belgium. As such, regular travel to these locations will be required.
The Candidate
To be suitable for this role, candidates will need to have a background in managing digital marketing projects, Business Analytics and/or CRM implementation. You will be working closely with a broad cross section of teams and will need strong communication skills to understand and deliver on their individual requirements. Strong computer literacy is essential as well as the ability to teach others how to work with the new systems. Limagrain’s head office is located near Rothwell, Lincolnshire and the role will ideally be based there, but there is flexibility for a discussion on a hybrid model.
