As part of this growth, Eden is expanding its Agribusiness practice and now seeks an experienced search specialist to further develop and expand the division across its core markets worldwide. This position will play an important role in Eden’s continued evolution.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Managing Director and working as part of Eden’s established Agribusiness practice, this role carries an international remit focused on developing your own client portfolio and contributing to the continued growth of the division. With full support from Eden’s experienced team and extensive global network, you will secure new business and deliver retained executive search assignments for both existing and new clients.
Supported by dedicated research and operations professionals, this role provides an outstanding platform to accelerate your development, develop your sector expertise, and maximise your personal success within a high-performing and respected global practice.
The Candidate
Candidates will demonstrate a strong passion for Agribusiness, Agritech, Biotech, Life Sciences, or related sectors, either as a specialist recruitment consultant or commercial leader with a track record of building senior teams. You will bring strong business development capability, a relationship-led approach, and the ambition to build and grow your own portfolio within a collaborative environment.
