Agrimin is one of the world leaders in bolus technology, animal health & micro nutrition. They are uniquely placed to change the shape of the industry over the next few years through their bespoke platform technology.
Our Head of Agritech was introduced to the shareholders as they were looking to appoint a new Commercial Director as part of a growth and long-term succession strategy.
Our approach
It was clear that a successful candidate would need to navigate the sensitivities of an owner managed business whilst also being able to offer industry insight and challenge to enable them to achieve their next phase of growth. Most critically it was clear that although the appointed individual would need to be commercially focused, they would also need a natural ability to work with finance and operations to deliver success.
As seasoned experts in the animal nutrition and animal health sectors, Eden was able to produce a strong list of candidates. Our Research Team led the discovery of talent across the animal feed, manufacturing and veterinary sectors resulting in an excellent shortlist.
The results
Agrimin commented on the strength of the shortlist and the value of the process before making a successful offer to a brilliant Commercial Director.
