Our approach
Working closely with the Fresca Group CEO and Chairman, Eden developed a detailed leadership profile aligned to the long-term ambition to modernise the business and accelerate growth across foodservice, wholesale, and ship stores.
A targeted search focused on senior leaders within the fresh food wholesale and foodservice sectors. This presented a unique challenge due to the fragmented nature of the sector which ranged from small local operators and family-run regional businesses to the large corporates who are driving consolidation across the sector. Despite this complexity, Eden’s Head of Research identified and engaged candidates with extensive experience in running multi-site operations, managing diverse customer channels, and driving cultural and commercial transformation.
Eden ultimately delivered a strong shortlist of candidates who combined operational credibility, commercial strength and the leadership capability required to guide Mack Wholesale through a critical period of change.

Following a comprehensive interview and assessment process, Mack Wholesale appointed a Managing Director with a proven track record in both the wholesale and foodservice sectors.
