Having previously helped First Milk to establish Business Unit Directors across several key division, Eden Search was retained to find a site-based Business Unit Director to lead the integration of BV Dairy into the broader business.

Eden spent significant time getting to understand the BV Dairy business, in particular the goals for the future and the experience needed to deliver them.
As BV Dairy had recently transitioned from being a standalone family business to part of a larger group it was essential to appoint a candidate who could align BV Dairy with First Milk’s values while empowering teams and delivering operational excellence.
