NPZ is a globally recognised leader in agricultural innovation, specialising in the development and breeding of winter and spring oilseed rape, field beans, peas, and fodder crops. The group markets over 85 registered varieties across nearly 40 countries and is headquartered in Germany. NPZ UK Plant Breeding Ltd sought a Managing Director to lead its UK operations and drive continued growth and strategic development.

Through detailed consultation with the leadership team in Germany, supported by the outgoing Managing Director, it became clear that the ideal candidate would require proven leadership capabilities, deep experience within the sector, and the ability to execute strategic objectives to grow sales, enhance profitability, and expand market share. Our search focussed on individuals who could evidence leading business improvement, strong team management and sector experience.
