Restrain offers a technology-based storage and life extension solution to potato farmers and processors. The unique product meets the sustainability needs of businesses whilst being cost effective and improving profitability. With the business entering an exciting period of growth and development, Eden was appointed to lead the search for a Business Manager to take full responsibility for the UK’s sales and operations, with a key aim of setting the country up for growth with an effective organisational structure.
Our approach
Following a detailed brief given by Restrain’s Managing Director and HR Director, Eden pinpointed the main attributes and skills required for the role. Eden then set out to identify the candidates who best matched the requirements and key qualities needed to succeed. We offered Restrain 4 excellent candidates with a diverse range of industry experience who were able to provide Restrain with a selection of options after a robust selection process.
The results
Following the selection process which included a trip to Restrain’s Head Office in The Netherlands, the business successfully appointed a candidate who brings extensive knowledge of their specific industry, positioning Restrain favourably to execute and achieve their ambitious growth strategies.
