The business has appointed two new team members, one of who will be based in the South West of England – a key region for food and drink production. The appointments come as Eden Search & Select faces increased demand for its executive search services across agribusiness, animal health, fresh produce, food and drink, and energy markets – both domestically and overseas.
Charlie Eaton joins Eden Search & Select as Associate Director to lead executive search campaigns for some of the UK’s most prestigious companies across the global food and drink supply. Prior to joining Eden Search & Select, Charlie led a team of recruitment consultants at Michael Page Group. He also recruited, trained, and retained a team of Sales Managers for Claydon Drills. Charlie will be based in Somerset, near to many of Eden Search & Select’s clients, but will work closely with the rest of the team, who are headquartered in Wetherby, Yorkshire.
Eden Search & Select has also appointed Bertie Mayo as a Consultant for the firm’s agribusiness client base. Bertie has worked across the farm to fork supply chain, in agricultural roles in the UK and in New Zealand so understands the challenges and opportunities facing companies in this sector. In his role at Eden Search & Select, Bertie will work with agribusiness companies ranging from large FTSE-listed organisations to mid-sized family firms and small tech start-ups.
